Call for Performers (Auditions) 

Calling All Performers!

Audition for the Spooktacular Halloween Event 

​

Do you have what it takes to send chills down spines and thrills up the audience’s hearts? We are looking for talented performers to join us for the Spooktacular Halloween Event at Ghoul Box Theatre and Western Red Boo-ery on October 26, 2024! 

​

Spooktacular Show (7:00 PM & 9:00 PM): 2 Shows 
Enjoy a variety performance like no other, with acts inspired by Nightmare Before Christmas, Rocky Horror, Nina Simone, and more. Our main stage will leave you mesmerized and maybe a little spooked! 

​

Boolesque Show (21+, 7:00 PM & 9:00 PM): 2 Shows 
Step into a more intimate, cabaret-style setting and enjoy tantalizing performances by some of the top cabaret artists from around the Pacific Northwest. This private, 21+ show is perfect for those seeking something extra special this Halloween.

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Variety Performers (Singers, Dancers, Actors) 

  • Cabaret/Burlesque Artists 

  • Circus Performers (Jugglers, Acrobats, etc.) 

  • Specialty Acts with a Halloween Twist 

 

LIVE Audition Details: 

  • Date: Sunday, Sept 15th  

  • Time: 6 - 8 PM 

 

  • Location: Jewel Box Theatre, 225 NE Iverson, Poulsbo, WA 

  • What to Prepare: A 1 minute (ish) piece that showcases your talent with a Halloween theme. We do not want to limit creativity, but you will have an opportunity to submit digitally 😊 

  • Dress to mesmerize and rattle them bones😊  

 

Needs-  

    • 10-15 Ensemble Singers/Dancers  

    • 4 Burlesque Artists 

    • Scene Character Actors – Nightmare Before Christmas – Santa, Oogy Boogey, Lock, Shock & Barrell 

    • Various Character Actors of the spooky variety for roaming interaction with 100+ Spooktacular Goers
