Performance Cancelled?
Here is what to do

We do everything within our powers NOT to cancel a performance. In the unfortunate event that we have to cancel, we have procedures in place to ensure you get every opportunity to see the show or if necessary receive a refund.

 

I bought my tickets on TicketLeap
You will receive an email informing you of the cancellation.

Your Ticket Leap ticket will be moved to the corresponding day on the added weekend. (If you purchased a Friday night ticket, it will be moved to the new added Friday night). And you don't need to do anything.

If this is not convenient, call us at 360-697-3183 and we can change to a date of your choice.

If you are unable to attend any of the alternate dates & require a refund, email us at poulsbojewelbox@hotmail.com

 

I am a Season Ticket holder and reserved a seat.

You will receive a call from our phone team.

Your reservation will be moved to the corresponding day on the added weekend. (If you purchased a Friday night ticket, it will be moved to the new added Friday night).  And you don't need to do anything.

If this is not convenient, call us at 360-697-3183 and we can change to a date of your choice. If you are unable to attend any of the alternate dates, your Season Pass is flexible and can be used for any of our upcoming Main Stage shows.
