Please Note:
On-Line Ticket sales end 4 hours prior to performance.
3:30pm for Friday & Saturday shows & 10:00am for Sunday shows
All ticket sales are FINAL and NOT subject to refund. Tickets are transferable but cannot be rescheduled.
If you are unable to attend, give them to a friend.
If on-line ticket sales close, tickets are usually available at the door one hour prior to show time.
Ticket Purchase Procedure

Click on the the show poster button. It will take to our ticket provider, Arts People website.

Follow the instructions on the page.

It is not necessary to bring a copy of your receipt to the theatre. Your name will be on a list at the Will-Call line. If you do bring your receipt, it can be used as a confirmation.

If you require Special Needs seating, please call us prior to the performance date, email jewelboxtickets@gmail.com OR leave a voice message at 360-697-3183 to make arrangements. Leave a message and one of our phone team will call you back.

6. Seating is general admission, first come first served. Doors to the theatre lobby will open 60 minutes prior to performance. Seating begins 30 minutes prior to curtain.
7. The Jewel Box Theatre will follow all Washington State and Kitsap County COVID protocols. Please check before coming to the theater.
8. On-line Tickets are $23/adult & $18/senior/military/child for our plays. Musical plays are $25/adult & $20/senior/military/child. The JBT Spotlight Series ticket prices vary per event. A small processing fee will be added by Arts People.
9. If the On-line tickets are sold out for our Main Stage productions. You can come to the theatre the day of performance to add your name to our Waiting List. If there are any unused reserved seats, we will release them to Waiting List Patrons 10 minutes prior to curtain.
10. If the On-Line tickets for the JBT Spotlight Events are sold-out, there are no remaining tickets available. No reservations without pre-purchase can be made.
If you have an On Stage Season Pass or Comp Ticket
1. Click on the show poster above and use your pass code to purchase your tickets.
2. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to curtain to claim your seat. Unclaimed On Stage Season Pass reservations will be released to waiting-list patrons.
